How do I get the cosmetic dog in the official game

I got a char into lv25 in the beta, but I don’t see how I can get the cosmetic dog now in the oficial release. Do I need to be lv20+ to drop it in my inventory?

You have to reach Kyovashad (sp?) and go to your Wardrobe in town.

Oh, thank you so much, I didn’t realize it was the last option!

Mine isnt in the Wardrobe :frowning: I got all my titles though.
