So I noticed that I’ve had people pass by as I’m killing an elite/boss but no one ever steals my drops like they used to in D2.
Does the game drop items for each character that other players can’t get?
If you’re partied up does that change things?
Loot is instanced. Nobody knows what you dropped and you don’t know what they dropped.

Yes, you get personal loot. noone else can see it.
somewhat. there are some items that can be seen. most can not.
