I am a Solo player. I understand the advantage of doing Multiplayer on Duriel to be able to summon Duriel 4x using one set of mats.
But I am not into Leaderboard or hooked to its endless Carrots on Stick. Last Season, I only had around 35x Duriel kills but I was able to get 1x Uber Unique allowing to beat AoZ low tier on 3x non-meta builds.
I just cant remember what level I was able to first kill him last Season. I am almost at 17k Attack Power at 9.5k Armor at 16k HP now at level 90 as Mutilator Blood Lance. Duriel is not level 154, right? He is just level 100 Boss?
On non-HOTA Barb I did it at 91 or 92 last season.
So you should be close. Just give it a try and see. (Even if you die you can go back in, unless you are playing HC)
This season they seem to hit a bit harder when you are underleveled though. He is 100.

started at 96 and i wasnt strong enough myself but the pet soloed it while i sprinted around. max poison res elixir helps

I killed him at level 85 using a Companions Druid build but did that knowing how badly it would suck and just wanted to see if I could beat him.
I did after 3 tries, it took probably an hour total and 20 minutes for the kill lol
Duriel currently holds my record of “longest kill time for any boss ever” but it’s because I accidentally dodged into that spot in the SW corner and got stuck under the map. Ravens killed him in about 2 hours while I shopped for a new car. Do not recommend.
Actually I do recommend the Maverick Hybrid, it’s awesome. Just don’t get stuck under the map and try to kill Duriel with Ravens, that was the bad part.
Don’t play Companion Druid and you’ll probably slaughter him by level 90 or so if your build is decent. It’s pretty hard to make a build that weak.
