It’s really messing with my CDO, is there a quest I can quickly do, a setting I can change, or someone I can kill, to get rid of this?
Thanks

if you really had OCD you would not let that typo stand
Use the key to port to the dungeon and the message will go away
you have root keys? look at the quest wich one you need, pop it and finish the quest (takes about 15 minuits or so to clear all the quests)
also, your OCD left the quest unfinished?
@Leith42: That’s not a typo, I have CDO. It’s kind of like OCD, but alphabetized.
Which key are you talking about?
@Bukkit: Hmm, root keys. I didn’t know I had a quest, I keep talking to Gelena to get rid of the witchcraft quests, but I got tired of having to switch to Penitent difficulty. If it’s really just about 15 minutes, I guess I’ll go do them. Thanks, mate.
Oh wow apologies. excuse my ignorance…
The roothold key like the NMDs but for the quest dungeon named in the message. you should find them in the tab with the key icon in your inventory along with nightmare dungeon sigils undercity tributes etc
Thanks, mate. I appreciate the assistance. No worries, common mistake.
There’s some excellent CDO information on the internet! I’d suggest a Google read…
yeah i read it… i figure i got played here, but i didn’t want to call him out in case im wrong
side note: In my world CDO is Chief Data Officer
Yes.
And CDO is a decluttering disorder - obsessive cleaning/organizing/labeling usually with a strong minimalist desire. Think hoarding disorder, but the opposite.
Playing D4 would not be the game for someone with such a disorder. I can’t imagine the anguish seeing a Witch Zone massive loot constant drop would cause.
As someone that lives with a person actually diagnosed with OCD, it irks me when others make light of it. Truthfully, it bothers me more than the other person, so maybe I shouldn’t care. You absolutely do not want it, and it can be challenging to be around.
I know someone who has sores from hand washing … maybe why i was so sensitive to the possibility of calling bs on someone who may actually be suffering
Medication is difficult, too. In that, I mean it can be deadly. Think of getting asked “Have I taken my medication today?” over and over while the sufferer legitimately doesn’t know or has a strong desire to take just one more dose (to be sure, of course!).
Just things that people don’t understand or think about.
haha thanks for the reminder i need to take my cholesterol and blood thinner right now lol
holi molly, this CDO thing is another level of (fill in your blank)
Ok, I have to jump back in call bs. OCD is a real thing and I feel for anyone or their loved ones truly suffering from it. But my “CDO” being “kind of like OCD, only alphabetized” was a joke, guys, a play on words. I don’t know which parts of this thread are serious and which are a joke, but I can assure you my contribution was a joke. As I suspect much of this thread is.
Moving on now and trying to figure out where to get this key that I need. I farmed Headhunt zones for a while and got some keys to a Bleeding Roothold and Strangling Roothold, but no Blistering. I assume we just keep farming till we get Blistering keys?
