If I start a new character the game will not let me go beyond Nevesk until I complete the main quest… Anyone know how people are doing this?
That’s where you start if you skip the story. After completing the story you can choose to skip it on new characters

Yep as scroo says ^.^" you skip everything start in khoyv, able to use mount (if you previously got it on another character) and you dont have to do a single campaign quest.
