New with S2… anyone noticing when you hover your mouse over an item, the item/tooltip/information etc disappears and reappears. The item itself doesnt disappear but it does this thing where it blinks
Never had it happened until S2.

not having that issue myself, but a few others also mentioned it before
This isn’t new to the season it’s been doing that since day one. Doesn’t happen in a dungeon so I assume it’s just another unfortunate price to pay for always online drm mmolite diablo.

I’ve been having this problem since launch of the game and I haven’t found a fix yet.
Are you using a controller ?
Make sure your cursor is at the right bottom corner of the screen
I hate it that I can’t disable the mouse movement but can understand why it isn’t in the game (controllers can at times DC out of nowhere so not having a backup would be risky 
)
I’ve had the same issue. Didn’t happen to me during S1, but has happened since I came back for S2. On PC.

Not new. Been happening since release.
I havn’t ever really figured out what causes it. Seems to be random.

Can confirm, also been having this issue recently. Was going to make a bug report.
Been happening to me since start of S1 patch, the one where everyones inventory had to be loaded…
it’s very annoying!
Only happens for me with items that have the invulnerable bubble power. They always flicker
It has happened to me, since long before Season 2. Perhaps from the beginning, even. Though I don’t think it happened in the beta. It happens rather often. And when it does, it just keeps going and I can’t stop it.
It doesn’t seem to be linked to specific items. It just appears to be random.
It has been likes this since S1…
