So, I’m not a fan of always online or mmo Diablo… (that’s not going away) but with mmo and selling cosmetics etc… I’d actually welcome having a “house” that I can store items. while I don’t want to “invite people over” and show them how I furnished the place (honestly it’d be just extra storage and whatever other things I’d get for free), MANY people do, and spend real money buying seasonal/decorative house items. So long as there isn’t Pay to Win by storage upgrades and other non-cosmetic advantages that aren’t reasonably accessible with nonpayment options I’d accept them as more storage>less. Also more ways for blizzard to capitalize on cosmetics feels like less likely to convert into pay to win.
I love the POE “housing”. D4 would benefit from such systems too … but i guess its not the proper monetarization method for blizzard - because mtx only…

Lost Ark does a great job with this system. Black Desert Online also has a really nice housing system. Would make a great addition to Diablo IV and would add another MTX point for Blizzard. Pretty much a win win.

iam always down for more storage space, as someone who does not enjoy seasons i hated how in D3 you had to make a season character then do challenges to unlock more storage slots
