My aspect is still disabled. What’s going on? Did the Hotfix 5 fail to enable aspect more than 24 hours after the hotfix?

I saw someone claim it could take 48 hours to update on all regions for some reason. (Either way it’s starting to look like it’ll take that long at least).
Figured it would be a relatively simple change server side to disable things.
It is easy. That’s how they disabled it instantly.
What other insider knowledge do you have since you clearly work for blizzard and have the experience?
