IS the bug for this unique chest getting fixed for the next update ?

Perhaps explain the bug you are referring to…

My understanding is that the explosions now do cause damage.

that’s it. from what everyone is talking about is that fire damage is not scaling to its potential dps so they have been substituting the shroud over. but the aoe on mantle looks cool

So if this is confirmed then the shroud must be BiS currently? MW all stats most likely.

Shroud is definitely bis

Nothing comes close to That +1 to all passive nodes

Shroud is bugged. Its giving an extra rank to unconstrained. When it shouldn’t be givings ranks to those bottom passives

Are we sure that Shroud is better than a triple MW mantle giving 60% chance for EQ to deal double damage?

What has everyone’s experience been with getting ancestral mantles and ugly bastard helms? Multiple mythic drops from doing random bosses, but I haven’t had a single ancestral mantle or ugly drop at all.

They need to start adding new places for these items since the world bosses have become oversaturated with their loot pools.

They could just make the Obol vendor useful and allow players to Trade-In items for a Currency they can use to select a Unique item from for a specific slot. This gives a purpose for a bunch of worthless Unique items. You know that you can Target Farm Bosses, then turn that around and trade them for a currency.

In your case, you would be able to redeem them for a Random Unique Chest and a Random Unique Helmet until you got what you wanted.

Still a lot of RNG and you are choosing to not sell or Salvage those items.

Mythic Items would NOT be possible. GAs chance and amount would be RNG. Since you are rolling it for a specific Unique Slot though, you have decent odds of at least getting what you want.

ugly bastard helm is from zir, and mantle is from beast

I’m aware. I’ve have multiple ancestral drops of each item from Zir and Beast for barb, just zero ancestral copies of ugly bastard or mantle.
