I have a problem! I finished chapter 3 of the new season in Diablo 4 last night and one of the chapter’s rewards is not enabled for me, even though it says it is “Redeemed”. It’s the “STRIPS AND POINTS” horse armor!!
Estou com um problema! Terminei ontem a noite o capitulo 3 da nova temporada no Diablo 4 e lá uma das recompensas do capítulo não estão habilitadas pra mim, mesmo dizendo que esta “Resgatada”. É a armadura de cavalo “TIRAS E PONTAS”
I have the same issue. Completed Chapter 3 a while ago, it’s marked claimed, but the mount armor is nowhere to be found.

Tried logging on with my eternal realm characters to see if maybe that would help. Nope.
Seems like a lot of people, me included, has this issue. Lots of posts about it on the forums and reddit.
Can confirm, same issue occurred. Obtained Chapter 3 rewards and no barding in the mount vendor.
Me too, chapter completed but no horse armor skin show up in stable

Same problem here, also i was using the blizzcon mount and it suddenly disappeared, would like to know when this issue will be fixed
Same for me. I got the achievement a few hours ago but no Strips and Points given.

I also have this issue, unlocked the reward on 20th of October, nowhere to be found.

One more to this club. It seem’s like there’s no solution to this bug at this point =(.
Same problem here and we still have no solution. 
I have this glitch as well it gave me an error code for the seasonal journey mount armor and mount ubstead of unlocking them
They fixed it, I was able to view and equip it now
