seems like this portal is unclickable for a few seconds is this by design or a bug.

It’s the same with the boss next to the tree of whispers. it’s character position. just ran away from it and back and try again.

I have tried this and it still doesn’t respond right away…it’s like a set amount of time HAS to pass before you can interact with it…idk just found this strange and was wondering if others experienced it too
Look at the bright side, at least you are getting Horadric Portals to interact with.
I have to run around it for a bit and find the perfect spot where you can click it

Probably intentionally to attempt to slow down players so you spend more time in game looking at all the (awful) Reliquary Skins you should be buying to flex to the (non-existent) players.

If you are playing a druid its because you are too fat. Its looking for you to “squeeze” in. LOL jk. I have problems with both the sorc and necro. Takes about 5-10 clicks.
Yeah there’s an inexplicable delay, after the portal spawns, before you can click on it. We won’t know if it’s a bug or intentional until blizzard fixes it or doesn’t.
It’s pretty annoying when the AOE stun rock is sitting on the portal and you can’t click your way in. I doubt they would put the effort in to fix this.
Fingers crossed on being wrong.
My theory is that it has to wait until the area generates before we can click the portal.
