Yes, there are already many threads about this topic, but it’s obviously for a reason: not having a holy knight class in this game is one of the biggest oversights by the developers.

Not nearly enough apparently. Seems to be more popular for some reason, even though the expansion’s first class has already been announced to be something brand new never before seen. Highly doubtful they’ll add a 2nd class, but people can dream I guess.
for a game with demons and angels a holy class is a given tbh , is just matter of when.

They said the class is new, but never said it won’t be an holy class. Leaks suggest it is not, but who knows…
Don’t be surprised if we have 20 more threads on this before the end of the year.
I wouldn’t say that, if it’s “Spirit Born” as the name suggests, it could have some holy aspects to it. I think more of an angelic type being myself. Now the leaks noted having nature based attacks, so anyone’s guess what that means. Could also be more monk like in terms of spirituality, holy in their own way.
Who knows though, all subject to change of course.

If we assume the leak is correct.
That is what I have been saying all along. Angeles are spirits so it could have some type of angelic powers.
This would also coincide with the art that showed the class having wings. Decked out in armor with a shield.

Fairly certain the devs know by now people want a holy class of some sort. It’s been reiterated everywhere they check. It’ll probably be asked at the next Blizzcon too.

Blizzard if you decide to add a Paladin as a second class to the expansion I will get a copy for: Paladina
not really. in each iteration we play the good guys. it has already been established the church is not the good guys and they kinda want us dead. so a holy class to be on our side doesnt really fit
In the future, if I buy the expansion pack when it’s on sale for 5$, I hope to truly enjoy finally playing a holy class in Diablo 4. Only thing about Diablo 4 that feels like part of the franchise is the game title right now.
We helped Kormac the Templar cleanse the Templar order in D3, and we aided a Paladin and Crusader in D4.

a side quest doesnt negate the campaign. we may have helped a paladin, but we are enemies of the church now
