High ping latency/Troubleshooting and connection error with D4 servers

Since June 6th, I have been having connection problems. When I enter the game with my character (I have no problem connecting to the server, it connects relatively quickly), I start walking and everything freezes. My character starts walking in place, while everything around me continues moving in the same place. Even when using ExitLag to try a better route, it always shows that the ping reaches 9000+ and then I get a network connection error.

I have already tested everything mentioned in forum posts, but nothing has helped. My internet is fiber and there are no issues with it. I play CS:GO almost 24 hours a day and always have a constant ping of 10 on the servers. The problem only occurs when I play on Diablo 4 servers.

Can anyone help me? I just want to play the game I’m entitled to.

I second that, this has been happening since June 6th, my internet is fine, tested everything, sometimes I even disconnect everything and keep the pc (though everything else on the pc runs great), but the ping gets as high as 500ms, 1500 and even 2000ms

Possible high traffic areas + time of day logging on?

These should be irrelevant reasons, but an answer why none the less.

Same issue. Traffic is irrelevant. Happened to me throughout the middle of the night.

Yeah having the same issue as well. can’t log back in at the moment either.

Same issues. Consistent rubber-banding, massive lag spikes, latency through the roof, rendering the game virtually unplayable. It has only seemingly gotten worse since last nights ā€œserver upgradeā€.
Can the community please get a statement when the game is going to actually be in a position that it is routinely playable, I do not think that is too much to ask… Those of us that were foolish enough to pay for this game via pre-order should at least be entitled to some sort of an answer, as this has now gone on throughout the entire launch and there is no offline play options.
