I purchased D4 on steam in Vietnam region, but currently I’m working in Russia, my in game latency always at minimum of 100 - 150 ms and commonly 200 - 800 ms and above that render the game unplayable my internet work fine with other games, poe included. Is this because where I purchased the game and where I play it different ? Is anyone having latency issues in Russia and know how to fix ?
