Anyone else with 200 + ping this morning? My local ping is 25 but on D4 it is over 200

I´m having that issue also. I gave up playing HC because the game or freeze or crash with error 5EAE0084-4256-4F39-A7A1-908BB5513EC5
Yeah i honestly cannot push on Pit with the latency, getting killed left and right
same. opening up a ticket. Used to not have this issue. Trying to narrow down the issue i tried a different network (phone hotspot), and was still getting over 1K latentcy. The rubber banding is bad and makes the game unplayable.
Same has been happening to me.
Ever since Tuesday I have had lag problems. My character can’t move without stuttering and even then doesn’t even take a step forward, always stuck in the same spot (he teleports back to original position).
This is why I like my games to be like D2 Resurrected because I can play both online and offline, online is way too buggy for some reason and I have (in my experience of trying other games) tried a lot of Blizzard games that require online or have online mode and they are all laggy and buggy. I’ve been on POE, GW2 and SWTOR and not one of those games lagged or crashed for me (thus far and I’ve been playing them for years).
It’s a shame because I do like Diablo 4 but these lags make it unplayable for me.
