Getting SEVERE rubber banding as well as constant screen freezing during gameplay. I have checked my video card and my up and down numbers are far above recommended specs. My latency is horrible between 35 to as high as 55 and that’s just in town. In gameplay I keep dying because of severe lag and latency got up to about 60. I have tried all the methods including updating video drivers. This happened the day of season 14. Could use some support here.

I’m in the same boat. Literally unplayable.
Been having the same issue and now it is stuck on “Start Game pending”. Bout to start a gofundme for Blizzard so the can upgrade from 14.4 dialup /joke. Seriously though it is literally the only online game I experience consistent latency issues.
Active player since S1. Same. Game is 95% playable but the server issues are a killer. Failed a couple of timed challenges in horadic, helltide, undercity. Is it game breaking? Not quite. But if you’re just trying to unwind after work, that’s added to the leveling frustrations and results in me turning it off. Not interested in complaining without solutions, happy to share logs or session details. But I’m sure the devs are already aware.
