I bought “Hex of Whispers” then it just got locked instantly when I hovered over the skill. Now I can neither buy it nor use it because it’s locked and disappeared from the vendor at the same time.

Same, 50 gone. Since Blizz knows exactly all player’s actions, may they think it’s “funny” players waste time invested on collecting currency for fake witchcraft purchases.
