so if i want to make wizzard with bow i cant but i can make rogue mele wht uses 0 skills with bow so why rogue need bow if he not uses it? and why wizzard cant he cant use magic to imbue arrows with fireball or any other element but rogue can magicly make arrows with element damage so rogue is more wizzard over wizzard?

Becasue its not a Hack and Slash or a true ARPG game, its a Theme parked arcade action game with stupid artifical difficulty levels, basically a reskin of D3 with same same systems and stupid open world that they dont really use now (great foresight by Blizzard again with that one).

Actually why not? In diablo 1 u could ude bpw but you were much slower than s rogue.
