Help with Duriel

So Ive been playing Eternal from time to time and recently I came back to get some new gear and kill new bosses. I got all of them down on my necro but I died a lot of time on Duriel.

My question is: Is there a way to fight or get rid of poision status? Other than obvious poison resistance gear.

Before attempting duriel make sure to max out poison resist.

Easiest way is emeralds on jewelry and elixir of magic resist or incense

You can try Curative Elixir. If you don’t have the recipe it’s from a side quest in Gea Kul.
