I would politely ask if anyone here can help me understand the build I am running.
I am running the blood surge necromancer.
It´s working for me and I am on the way to start crafting the mythics but one thing confuses me. It is the inclusion of the Blood Moon Breaches pants. It seems like most of the affix deal with minions, which is sacrificed and curses skill, which I am not using. Can someone help me understand this??

In this season, the pants are changed from x50% Overpower to x50% Critical strike damage. So, you don’t need Blood Moon Breaches anymore.
You may try Bloodwave build with the new unique pants Kesime’s Legacy. It’s very powerful.

Usually you can apply curses without having them on your action bar, best ways to do this are the Cursed Aura boots which inflict nearby enemies with both curses and those curses can spread from enemy to enemy, effectively cursing the entire screen if clustered enough. The other way requires the expansion, if you have the Wat rune, which automatically decrepify’s the area when the runeword condition is met, then you can apply the curse quite often.
If you dont want to deal with that, you can use the Indira’s Memory pants which dont actually interact with Blood Surge directly but is a massive stat stick for any overpower build, especially the %HP affix. Or you can use legendary pants with any aspect that helps your blood surge, like Enbalmer, which helps reset your Rathmas Vigor cooldown faster.
