Hello everyone. So I have narrowed down what I want to main between Druid and Barb. But I really cannot decide because I seem to like them both. At the same time I need to focus on one for now so I can experience endgame etc. Been switching between both of them hence both are lvl 55 and 54 respectively lol. Pls help me choose which one to main for now 
druid seems o be the strongest right now wich also means hes probaly up for a nerf before season
barb i heard is allot less good then it use to be
i would take the druid

I play sorc, but if I had to choose between druid and barbarian. I would play whirlwind barb.

i bounced back and forth between druid and barb for a while but ultimately chose druid for now. i may do barb for s1 though. or rogue…or maybe sorc or necro hmm

Easy, Go barb. But Roll a druid so you can get easy uniques since half of their loot table is on the druids right now. Ive gotten half a tab of barb uniques so far!

isnt like half the aspects you need for him deactivated ?
I don’t know, like I said, I play sorc But even if there are problems, I’m sure it will be fixed soon.

The point is. You should play what you have fun with. I think it’s pointless to choose a hero based on his strength. There are constant adjustments at the moment.
Levelling werewolf druid and it seems to be one of the more fluid specs. Decent heal on shred, claw doesn’t feel like a wet noodle and hits fast enough to not feel resource starved.
Using the legendary to change the bear ulti and defence to werewolf tho, cause the werewolf ulti is… bad.
After playing a barb to 85 and a druid to 65, play druid. Cause druid SMASH. Barb relies on shouts, it is highly annoying.
Lol they reactivated them but they ‘fixed’ them so they aren’t as strong anymore.

why not play both and see which you like better? ultimately you will want to play all classes to unlock the achievements for completing the campign.
I like the hammer barb - reminds me of the old donkey kong smashing barrels with that hammer! and the druid turning into an animal is just flat out cool and fun

Druid main here and its such a fun class. You can go magic or transform. Barbarian has always been boring for me since D2, just a muscular guy with weapons.
I think you should pick based on the class playstyle rather then power because everything gets balanced and it changes

Yes I am asking based on fun factor. I really do not care about meta since adjustments comes and go in every game. So far these two classes are the ones I am having fun compared to rogue, necro and sorc.
I don’t know how I’m going to get along playing the other classes when they don’t have Blood Howl. There have been times where I’ve kited an enemy long enough to kill them and the only thing keeping me going is Blood Howl. Granted, that was in the earlier game, but it still has a really nice defense bonus. Blood Howl is a Druid ability, btw. I would go Druid. I’ve been soloing the entire game, and I just made it to tier 4 with no problems.

Yea my druid is immortal as well. between trample and earthen bulwark we can have full fortify the entire fight.
I guess what is making it hard for me is that Druid is cool with its versatility and how it really fits the d4 lore. But at the same times Barb has cool skill animations and xmogs haha. We can really feel the swings and impact of barb attacks.
The real question is if you want to have a slow start or a slower start, then in the higher levels I felt that Druid was way funnier than Barb, or at least I felt it has a lot more of build variety and tweaking than triple shout and ww barb.
Just a quick piece of advise, don’t go full werewolf or full bear for leveling because it sucks.

for me fun factor was Druid in beta, even when people said they were the worse class. I played it and loved it. I just love the animations of transforming / shifting to beast - human and sometimes the transform only was a partial like it didnt finish which is a HOOT running around like a half man werewolf. So fun!!

I like the barbarian, but from my experience it’s more of a slow and tanky class.
