Hello. Purchased Diablo IV for PS4 two days ago and have been unable to open game now for three days. After downloading and clicking title page to open game, I get message “Error: 300029” and can’t get to main menu. It just kicks me out again. Anyone know any fixes? I’ve reset my modem, deleted and reinstalled the game…everything. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this? Any workarounds? I’m on the verge of returning the game. Thanks! John

This error means you don’t have a license for the game. The battle.net account you are posting from has no Order history of the game or signs it’s linked. I recommend to double check you are logged into the correct PlayStation account or consult PSN support to locate the account your game is tied too.
