HELP: Conceit Aspect Broken, NOT working at all

Looks like this still HASN’T been addressed…
Wish I had known some one had an issue with it 8 days ago before I imprinted my “end game” weapon with +50% damage in barrier that does absolutely NOTHING at all.

Blizzard please fix this aspect I don’t want to have to put something else over it since it is a perfect roll?!!?

What? I use that on my build and it slaps. I don’t have it on a two-hander so I can’t really speak on that.

Attack power: 11,006 no barrier.
Attack power: 11,006 yes barrier.

Mine stays exactly the same.

Are you 100% sure it raises your damage or are you just assuming it works correctly?
