Help Barb get fixed

If we keep this topic at the top with tons of comments, complaints, examples, and suggestions, maybe we can have an impact? At least some sort of acknowledgement?

My concern is that when they revert these bugs that barb will go back to being OP, and then we’ll get mega nerfs again. Probably end up weaker than we are now.

Barb is in a decent spot as is, I hope the other classes are balanced around us.

So I’m sorta casual player but was enjoying Barbarian class. I don’t know what happened but as of today the game for me is unplayable - every time my character takes damage she is LOSING fury… Last time I played yesterday, after the nerf patch, and it was okay. I don’t understand what’s going on.

Barb needs a buff very badly.

  1. Take a look at all Major Barb Skills, Paragon Legendary Nodes, Glyphs, and Uniques.
  2. Make a “Tier List”

Unbridled Rage for exemple, overshadows all of the other final passives. Walking Arsenal Wants to work, but it’s always clunky. The other passives are junk.

Shouts feel (almost) mandatory, and take a glyph and 2 aspects. They have to rethink this.

All uniques are badly designed. Seriously, it’s the one of the weakest parts of the game. I just can’t get my head around some of the choices.

All Wepon Mastery Skills and Brawling (aside from shout) need to be looked at, somehow. They either feel unreliable ,or clunky, or weak. The long cooldowns play a part on that.

Legendary nodes aren’t good enough.

Walking Arensal would honestly be fine if they just made the buffs last about 2 seconds longer. The biggest problem with it right now is that it’s very limiting to what skills you can actually use, because stuff like Leap or DB has too long of a CD without resets or stuff like that one Leap Aspect, and even then it feels too punishing.

And yeah they need to take a long, hard look at Barb uniques. 100,000 steps shouldn’t autocast it, it should be something like “get a free charge /reset the CD of Ground Stomp”, Overkill would be great for DB if the stats on it weren’t actually garbage, Gorh’s still has AS for some inexplicable reason, etc.

(Actually is AS not working with WW even intended behaviour? Because I remember in D3, where AS was actually a really important stat for AS and that was by design, it’s seems odd to go back on that.)

We have been screaming about the unique Rage Chest being messed up for over a month now, maybe longer. I personally posted 4 or 5 times about it. They need to remove the lucky hit and make it proc off something else. Then it would work on all builds to some degree and great on 2 or 3 of them. it’s a Class specific uniqie and should be good to great for the Barb wearing it. The aspect needs to proc off some kind of crowd control, direct bleed, stunned, Critical Strike maybe if they think it’ll be too strong even though it wont be because the Barb is the worst class in the game when it comes to needing and maintaining it’s resource. And they nerfed resource again for whatever reason anyway… Anything but Lucky Hit or Slow(slow is dead because of Hamsting being a wasted skill on the skill tree now… anything you hit one time will instantly be completely immune to Hamstring. That is how bad and irrelevant Hamstring is now.)

I want to ask if WW close damage has been fixed?

Apparently it’s mostly been a myth that it didn’t work due to Supressor mob bug making people believe that WW was snap shot distant. However that isn’t the case and test have been done.

Some of them cause the ranged enemies to drain your resource (fury)
