Help Appreciated: Understanding Diablo Math (Damage while Healthy)

I’ve been playing as my Blood Wave Necro currently at level 269 (not in the actual season so I don’t have access to the Seasonal items) & despite following a couple of the Blood Wave Necro builds & being virtually identical in terms of gear, attributes etc, I am struggling to do enough damage to proceed beyond level 140 of the Pit. I’m sure I need to work on the play style mechanics for optimal results but it’s been a slough trying to figure out where I am falling short.

Also sorry in advance for the following novel of an explanation. Conciseness is not a strong suit for me.

I feel one of the reasons for the lower damage output is because according to the game my Damage while Healthy is only 617.9% (based on Paragon & items). Through the D4 planner, the stat is over 1,000% for virtually every Blood Wave build I have been trying to follow. I imagine there are variables & other factors that make the Diablo math work but based on my current paragon, here is how the numbers break down.

254.9% for Imbiber
122.6% for Sacrificial
54% or 1.54 for Coalesced Blood
12% or 1.12 for Imbiber Multiplier
335.2% for Paragon nodes as follows
53.4% * 3 for the magic nodes in Blood Begets Blood
50% + 25% for the rare node Aggression in Blood Begets Blood
12.5% * 2 for the other magic nodes in Blood Begets Blood
50% + 25% for the other rare node Invigorated in Blood Begets Blood

Total from my calculations = 1,229.26 % when adding up all the % totals than multiplying them by the 2 multipliers.

So where did I math wrong? I’m sure I shouldn’t have the percentage I calculated but thought I should be around the 1,000% as per the builds.

The other thing I thought may be working against me is some of the GAs are not on Health. On my Mystique Shrouds of False Death it’s on All Stats, I was able to get 3 tempers for Health.

On my 2H Mace, the GA is attached to Intelligence for but I do have 2 tempers for Titan’s fall with the other being in Damage while Fortified.

Also realize this will all be for naught very shortly with S8 & the nerfing for Blood Wave but before that season drops, any help to explain the Damage while Healthy math would be greatly appreciated.
