Helmet question for resolve stack build

Hi, i follow the resolve stack build by Rob.
i switched my harlequins crest helmet out for a regular ancient legendary with that has 3 masterworking rolls on resolve stacks. Same on the pants.

Still feels like i am kinda slower and then less damage vs the build were i used my harlequins crest. Why is that?

I have 9 resolve stacks in my helm and was lucky to hit 13 in my pants. I assume you are using the build that uses 2 Ancestral rings?
If so i have cleared a 148 dungeon with that build.
I have 32 resolve stacks.
