So…Helltides Meteors can silently kill your if you are inside a Cave, which makes no senses under any circumstances
1/ you can not see the fire rings on the ground to avoid
2/ why would it fall through the cave rooftop without the cave being crumbled ?

The meteors also seem to occur more frequently when you have more ashes.

Yes, people do. Not Heroes or Druids. But people do all the time.
You have no idea how hurtful the meteor is, and especially when they fell down without you knowing that they are falling down
As a barb and rogue-only player so far, no.
But I see the system msg of people getting slain occasionally; usually the necro or rogue running solo and not clearing properly along the way
