I can see the helltide on the map, but when i go there nothing happens i kill monsters and dont receive my cinders and cant see any altars, anyone having the same issue?

Yes, others are having issues with Helltides.
I’ve had this happen twice over the week.
The map doesn’t seem to sync properly sometimes.
I believe it can happen when you are in dungeon when helltide ends, it will linger on a map for a bit.

Can´t remember if i was in a dungeon when this happened but now everytime i go to a helltide nothing happens 
hope some1 can give us a solution
I have the same issue. When I go to the helltide I am able to get the cinders but after a minute the event time and cinder counter disappear. Showed this to my friend while we were playing and he doesn’t know what is wrong. Hopefully it can get fixed soon so I can farm for the uniques.
It can be fixed by relogging, the map doesn’t update sometimes. It’s a game in beta that we paid to test.

Yeah it happens sometimes. If you can’t see the red Chest Icon then it is bugged out.
