What the hell is the point here? The reward caches are just pathetic as is the drop of forgotten souls. Why are you being so bloody stingy Blizzard? If you think you’re going to keep us playing by gradually increasing loot and rewards in tiny increments like you did with D3 you are sadly mistaken. This is not 10 years ago and there are many other options out there for our gaming time.

Hm… Besides being great XP, High efficiency combined with Events during Helltide , Mystery Chests being the most rewarding out there , and being able to pick specifically what you’re looking for as rewards…

Agreed. The only problem I have with them right now is that there isn’t one always running.
I try to look for the glowing ore nodes and the weird looking flowers.
Cant believe im picking flowers in a diablo game.
Yeah but then , its part of the active event
My priority when playing
World Boss > Legion > HellTide > if nothing, Either A bit of Renowm, or Nightmare DJ 
Varied activities keeps it fun

We’re not playing the same game obviously. I’ve opened 9 mystery chests so far today and gotten nothing but garbage and a grand total of 9 forgotten souls for well over an hour of my time. If you call that rewarding then you are Blizzard’s ideal customer I guess.

You mean mediocre to terrible XP. The mobs are in the open world so they’re not +3 your level unless you’re really low to begin with.

I aint rushing anything, and I aint using maps, to get the most things , the boring way 
The 175 ones drop legendaries. I got 7 last one I did from the 2. Were they better than what I currently have equiped? No. But 7 leggos in 15-20 mins I am fine with. It is rng. RNG works in all games from mmos to these types to you name it. There is no guarantee you will get upgrades hence why it keeps you playing. If you always got upgrades for these then game would be over as everyone would be decked out in 2 weeks.
I don’t think you understand, you already paid for the game. Whether you play past the refund window is your choice, and the only benefit to keeping you around would be potential microtransaction gains or DLC purchases. But they’ve got millions of other players for that.
The threats to quit are hilarious.
I’m not defending it, but I found the best way is to go from event to event, so as to farm obols, Unlock two mystery chests and bounce.

Im still looking for 1 50% Chance to make vulnerable on ennemies affected by traps, currently best is 41% , this one seems tough to find 
It’s an extra chance at loot above and beyond what drops directly from monsters and events during the hell tide.
You can turn in embers or whatever they’re called to which ever armor / weapon cache you want.
I’m not sure what the problem is. My bags are constantly filling up during helltides and I try to avoid picking up anything that isn’t ancestral or legendary.
Easy to open most if not all of the chests during the 1 hour event. Make sure to find the Mystery Chest that isn’t on the map for 175 embers
XP absolutely terrible. I got 1k+ cinders in this last one and opened every chest on the map. Didn’t even get 1/4 of a level. I would get at least triple the XP solo running dungeons.
The loot? LMAO! Just like the rest of the game the loot is trash. Nothing special to Helltides except for the stupid crafting mat drops in Helltides. Snooze… I get more and better loot running dungeons.

Anyway - Helltides are quite fun to mix it up and rewarding for materials.
It’s a timed event so it’s kind of a blast to challenge the clock.
Some regions aren’t so hot though. I found Kyovashad to be a less than desirable Region.
