I’m not sure if other players are experiencing the same thing but I’ve noticed recently that the Helltide chest loot drops have decreased a bit. There have been times where I opened a Helltide chest (75s, 125s and 150s and NOT the 250s) and only one or two legendary item(s) would drop; it used to be more than that…
I’m not sure if this is intended or a bug so I did not post this in the Bug Report Section…
Helltides were nerfed into oblivion…was too much fun. 
Helltide drops have been pretty inconsistent for me all season. I’ll do a run through helltide and loot will rain like crazy. But next time I come through I’ll stay for a full duration and still not have a full inventory. Very RNG.
I haven’t gotten a decent item from Helltides all season. I guess I’m unlucky in Helltides. I more than made up killing bosses. I’ve gotten a ton of uniques. Oddly enough, all the bosses dropped me at least two uniques over the season but Duriel and Andariel. I always thought those two were the prime bosses for uniques. The only ones worse are the World Bosses. Everything they drop is instant mats.
