Hey, i attended the hells ink in melbourne australia and was told that i would be in beta and get a copy of the game. I have recieved the email regarding getting the ultimate copy email back in december. I have a cousin that has recieved his copy of the game as he attended the same. Yet i havent recieved my ultimate code yet has anyone had the same issue? Do we know when these should be out ?
Had a couple guys in a group Im in get theirs last night. If you don’t get yours within 24 hrs Id suggest opening a cs ticket to ensure you can play by the first(second there I think), because we all know how fast and helpful their CS usually is.
I am not even sure CS is the way to deal with this. They would not have access to the list of eligible people for the promotion, I don’t think. That sort of thing is usually handled by the Community team who set up the promotion and who handle the codes. If there was a contact point for that promotion, they would want to talk to that person.

Looking at the email screenshots they posted, its pretty generic with zero contact info or links. Naturally.
I mean… i hate Twitter, but if I got inked for this and hadnt gotten my key yet I might be inclined to create an account and post there. Seems to get the most attention and quickest responses if CS isnt the route to go, but I wouldnt discourage a cs ticket, worst case, eventually they should be able to point them in the right direction no?

Lol, sounds about right. Lemme see if those guys know anything else. They quit worrying since they got theirs. Id assume they only have the same emails you do.
What email address was the december email sent from? Was it different or just a generic blizz address?

Yeah they just got the generic email Im sure you have saying to look out for further correspondence with details and a code, they were going to try the cs route but theirs showed before they started
I would go as far as to contact the local tattoo artist here in Melbourne as well, surely they would have some contact details you can chase up.
Sadly twitter might be your best bet outside that for a fast response prior to Friday.
Hey, NSW based here, I got my code yesterday.
CS is sluggish to respond, so unsure how to be of assistance with that, they do eventually respond, just takes them forever and a day.
