So I’m currently in the chair with my artist finishing off a D2 tattoo, I tried to go to the hells ink tour but none were anywhere near where I live. What are the chances I can still get the in game tag from the hells ink promotion?

Pretty sure chances are zero because the promotion is over. The prize for you is the tattoo itself.
