Hellfire Adherent teleported outside of the enclosed room. stuck inside the room. cant use town portal or exit dungeon

4th time trying for me still cant get to work did anyone do anything different
Same bug here, ridiculous.
i manage to get past it. playing as pally. i think the issue is when you deal too much damage to him. i went in with just a blue weapon and let my holy aura passive do the damaging and manage to beat him after his first teleport around the room with regular attacks. Still needs to be fixed tho.
I walk into the room and my holy aura alone makes him teleport out of the room 
Just happened to me.
The dungeon doesn’t even appear on my map!
same problem, tried 3 times slipped by once and then he teleported outside other side of room
3x. No luck with the Pally.
Fix please.
Fixed just that quick Fourth times the charm.
- Run into room and let him see you.
- Run out and let barrier go up.
- Wait for barrier to come down and go in and slaughter him.
