Hello, I have bought the Hellbound mount armor skin in Diablo 4 and when I use the sprint skill it uses a blue- dragon-frost animation charge skin leaving behind also a blue-frost trail. So I’m forced not to use this mount armor skin anymore due to this effect. Please fix it so I can use it !!! I know it’s a low importance considering the work you have to do to upgrade our gameplay experience but I would be happy to see it fixed soon…

OP is correct, this is clearly the wrong VFX for the mount armor.
They will never fix this crap. No other mount armor does this. Why the hell does this ARMOR overide the sprint effects of all individual horses with the WOW invincible Lych King Horse sprint??? WHY WHY WHY???. You have all of these individual horses (many that are paid for) with unique animations, but all of their animations get overidden with the sprint animstion from “Invincible” (why is Invincible’s sprint animation tied to the Hellbound mount armor??? Why blizzard. Huh, why just this armor does this, huh??..)
You either make it so the sprint animations are a part of the horses or a part of the horse armors… not both… it screws up the purpose. These fools don’t test or play their own product.

If it’s about copying the aura of the invincible, use those from Duriel’s mount.
As someone who loves everything uniform, it’s impossible for me to equip this mount as well !
And I suppose we are not alone !
Many players have bought the Barbarian skin, and the mount as well!
Blizzard, please fix the problem, otherwise, I think players will lose trust in you regarding mount skins.
This could have an impact on your economic model !
I just paid for Premium credits, bought this Mount as well as the Barb armor set.
Man it kills the asthetic, having a blue dragon instead of a red/ornage flame or whatever it is meant to be…
Ive submitted a ticket, buit im worried as its seemingly been around 2 months since this thread was made, and another on reddit 2 months ago too, and its still not fixed…

I am playing on Xbox Series X and I purchased the “Hellbound” mount armor & trophies bundle this morning for 1700 Platinum, and as of today May 12th, 2024, this bug still persists. As a premium cosmetic purchase from the shop, this needs to be fixed as the fantasy of a fiery hell bound mount is not achieved with the current blue animation. Please address this Blizzard. Thank you kindly.
As of the most recent patch/hotfix or whatever, this is now fixed…finally!
