I’m fairly certain that there’s a bug if you have the Devious Heart of Punishing Speed equipped along with the Vicious Heart of the Dark Dance.
The Former has a chance to knock down enemies based on your attack speed and the latter makes skills cost hp instead of resource every 5 seconds.
Well for some reason the knock-down heart is checked against YOU whenever you spend life to cast skills so you’re randomly getting knocked down by your own skills every 5 seconds…
