Season 11 changes how potions work I understand that. But shouldn’t I only have 4 potions without any items who give you more? Because it seems that my renown rewards still get applied and I have 9.
Yes im seasonal and yes I created a second season char to test it. He has also 9 potions.
Correct you should only have 4.
There are items that let you have more, but if you are referring to new characters it won’t be that.

Yep I was at 4 pre patch after patch back to 10.
Okay so I am not alone with it.
This is a bug, and the team is aware. This will be addressed in an upcoming update via Hotfix or Patch update.
