So I was running some duriel runs and went in the game locked up now I’m getting an error code saying the account has not been saved. I used to get this message a lot but not recently. I’ve looked it up and all the posts say account is locked but mine does not say that. I’ve waited ten minutes or so between log in attempts. What do I do if I come home from work tomorrow and it is still not fixed? Should have said I entered and the game locked up before I finished loading in.
happens when you disconnect. id say log out of diablo, and bnet and relog
ya I’ve tried that even logged into d2 and no problems there.

hmm usually it works right again after logging out of bnet from my experience…
edit: just making sure, i mean literally logging out. not just closing the bnet launcher
ya I logged out of bn all the way thats why I’m worried something is wrong with the account.

no need to worry really, you should be able to logg back in soon really.

hmm chances are some server hiccup is happening eventually, but as long as you didnt get banned youll be for sure fine, and if you were banned, youd have a notice stating that ^^
ya checked the email for a possible ban which I wouldn’t see unless they banned me for a name. I don’t use anything nor do i know what could be used to get me banned. I use helltides but that’s just a website

yea and the error code clearly says there was an issue saving your character
i mean you can file a support ticket, but im pretty sure youll be fine.
also, id say everyone uses helltides.com ^^
edit: did you try creating a new character?
I can not log into d4 at all to make something unless you are saying make a new d2 toon
I am running a scan and fix files on d4 which I doubt will do anything 
whats the error code you are getting bud?
scan fixed nothing it just get to the login and then throws the error
what error? theres an error code you must be getting
395002 is what is maybe I will get to sleep early tonight

I tried the first time fast but its never locked out this long I logged out of blizz for abit gonna pick up the house a bit. Have a good one will try update tomorrow:)

well not sure when the account was fixed but just got home from work and can log in now.
