It blows you away how a team 20 times smaller and with a 500% lower budget can make a game that blows diablo 4 out of the water in every single aspect.
That is what you get when you’re so greedy that you water down your IP to suit as large of a player base as possible, you’ll end up with a bland flaming piece of garbage no one enjoy.
Why couldn’t they have been smart and nisched their target audience to ppl who actually likes arpg games instead of including the mmorpg ppl and the mario bros ppl and all that.
how is it that PoE2 has 1500 passive skill points and diablo 4 has about 20. the skills are so few, there’s no build variety and despite that they’re all bugged after years and years of development.
$90 bucks and this is what we get. gees almighty. and you still slither around the additional stash tabs because you need to wait and see how the player base frustration is in season 2 if you can offer the stash tabs for real money you greedy sobs.
I found the game boring to play in the beta but i bought it anyways because you figure there was much more to the game than what u saw in the beta but nope, its all the same. with level scaling nothing changes. you feel like ur standing still.
You made a beautiful open world but i guess it was just to showcase in trailers and stuff because you dont untilize it in the slightest. When players ride around the map we stare at the small map in the corner and can’t see the periferal view of the map. When we fight monsters we teleport to dungeons. there’s no use for the world.
I know it’s a bad idea to follow ideas presented by the players, that would make for a terrible game too but in your fire side chats when you announce that you will implement an idea that the players has been asking for you get praise, i see youtube videos that you WIN, GOAT, BEST and such words…so one could wonder why you have the leaders in the dev team when what you suggest and produce it is met with a lackluster bah from the player base but when you actually listen to the core player base the ones that actually play the game and implement one of their suggestion you get a pedestal to sit on. Think…whats wrong here. Don’t be greedy, narrow down your target audience, focus on things that that target group like rather than forcing players to all of the sudden start to like a different genre of games.
Like arpg fans likes to slay monsters by the billion and get rewards and loot in the end so try that. Give us a dungeon full of monsters we kill and in the end met a boss and kill him and get loot.
Not a dungeon scarse of monsters with some kinda puzzle mechanic to find things to put in things and then backtrack through an empty dungeon to find the last thing and then finally when u killed everything you have a long long passage to reach the boss room as if to increase the dramatic effect and then you kill him and u get nothing most times. can’t you see that those two things are two very different things,
Im sure that the last one is suitable to mmorpg ppl, where they can enjoy the lore of the world but its not for D2 fans, they don’t give a crap about lore, we want to slay and not with long pauses. We dont want to ride for along time in the world without monsters just to get to the place where there are monsters. darn it, its so simple but it never reach your understanding.
