So far I have enough found a time that they said they’re gonna fix this… I live in the UK so right now it’s near half to in the morning… So telling us what time they’re going to take to fix this would be nice.

They just updated:
" Latest update – it looks like it will be about upwards of two hours until we launch Vessel of Hatred. Additionally Battle.net players will need an additional sizable update before playing. We will let you know when this update is available. We apologize for the delay and look forward to seeing you in Nahantu soon."

Thank you… But yes I sern that it may tak up to two hours to fix it… So when they said a launches up midnight my time they really mean 4:00 a.m. my time. And are they saying the battle net is the problem this whole time? Battle net is there game Launcher right?
Yes Battle net is their own launcher, I’m playing on PS5, or rather wants to play, but got the "Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV. (Code 315306) error code…

I think going forward when they announce a launch date they should call it a “soft launch”. Meaning the actual launch date would be the day after. Because it saves everyone the headache of mentally having “the date” to be the time where people expect to actually play.

Yes, I went to bed early so I could wake up at 01.00. I am really annoyed at Blizzard that they manage to butch another launch. No more Blizzard games for me after this one. They just don’t deserve my money when they keep messing up their launches and patching D4 every single week since release more or less, messing with my builds nonstop. Not worth it in the long run (at least for me)
I can totally understand. I don’t think the design team read the forums, but if you ever get a survey from them, and I do get quite a few, make sure to fill it. From what I gathered, they definitely read those. It was one of the reasons they corrected course on WoW.

I have been waiting for midnight… I Play it on PlayStation 4… And if their launcher was a problem the whole time. They could have just said our lunch is not working. We are so for the convenience… But as we want everybody to launch the same time we have to fix our launcher. We are very sorry for the inconvenience on our platforms, and we well fix as soon as we can.
Though it is funny that their launcher that’s causing it. Did they not test own launcher?
I guess not. They be like: “woot, what is a Battle.netlauncher??!!” 
I think that they need to be more open… They should know that they’re gonna get hell for this, they promised it at 12am my time UK, Alice still not working from this time 3:33 a.m. they have to give us something for being down this long.

We will probably only get an ugly horse armor if they do, but I don’t think they ever compensate us, they already got our money so they don’t care now…

I have to say that I play genshin… I have anything goes wrong they compensate you, are free to play game compensates you better than AAA game company… Wait is they still calleda triple a company?

If you’re on PlayStation 5 or 4 I will say you saddling them… And still cannot log in. Sadly I do not know but Xbox or PC again sorry
