It looks like I’m not the only one having this issue, but in the Haunted Refuge dungeon to get the Brawler aspect, the Festering Shambler boss will not spawn. As such, the dungeon is impossible to complete to get the aspect.
I’ve tried the dungeon multiple times, and no matter how many times I do it, the boss to complete the dungeon just doesn’t spawn. Thanks for looking into this!

I too also ran into this problem. Festering Shambler boss does not spawn inside Haunted Refuge Dungeon. I ran this three times just be sure. I need this for my renown progression. I’ve also attempted to restart my client and pc . To no avail it didn’t work. Blizzard fix your spaghetti code!!
