I’ve been trying to find out why my character can still hit white numbers with 100 percent crit, around half my crit comes from Hatred’s Embrace’s Haste. I am attacking the target dummy with Bash and Hammer of the Ancients (I am not using the furious hammer variant), and I can see my crit chance drop after casting the hammer. What is happening here that makes the Boss Ability no longer apply the crit chance?
This is for sure a bug, it only seems to happen on non channeled barb skills.
Please somebody respond to this to confirm I am not crazy.
I don’t think you’re crazy…the power appears to be bugged when you max out its level. I lost a lot of crit chance as well. Very disappointing.

try looking at your stats outside of town. it seems the tooltip is reflecting it in combat areas?
The stats screen says 100% while in combat, then when I cast hammer it jumps down to 59%, then instantly goes back to 100%. I have 59% crit chance without the power equipped, so I am assuming the boss power is not applying. When channeling whirlwind or auto attacks, the chance stays at 100%.
It seems, that a lot of powers have an internal cooldown. Maybe in the time of this cooldown, your crit chance is not applying.
Bliizard nefed nearly all powers immensly and i can imagine, that they did in in a fast and so sloppy way, that we have now this mess with not correct wordings of the powers.
After testing today the power seems mostly fixed, but I still occasionally hit a white number. There must only be one QA agent and I wouldn’t want to be him.
