Has Blizzard given up on fixing the regular crashes?
I continue to get regular crashes of the game.
The problem exists for MONTHS now.
I see no action taken by Blizzard to fix that anymore.
I saw some patches many weeks ago that tried to fix the problem (patch notes always read like “various stability improvements”), yet it had absolutely not changed anything with regards to the regular game crashes.
I don’t know anything about your PC so this may not help.
I have an Nvidia 4080, the 561.09 is stable for me. if I upgrade I get a CTD about once an hour.
This is more advanced but not difficult to do and I realize not everyone has 3 SSD’s as I do. I changed to manually allocated Virtual Memory in Windows 11. I assigned 1 TERABYTE of VM EACH onto 2 separate drives. I used the D and E drives so the files were separate from the OS.
I would have a random CTD about once an hour prior to these changes. Now I can play 10 hrs. straight with no issues…well…other than getting depressed with the abysmal drop rates and paragon grind. lol.
