Has anyone tested if Wither from the Paragon works with unmaker procs?

as per title. Just seeing if anyone have input.

Wither buffs Shadow DoT.

Unmaker/Soulrift is not DoT because DoT can’t overpower.

but the increasing the soulrift DOT damage = increasing base damage of the unmaker?
