I refunded because I needed rent. Thats right. I’m admitting I’m a “poor.” That’s what I used to call people like me. Anyway I refunded to pay rent and got my money back immediately.
As soon as I got paid I bought the pre-order again.
Yes. I am awful with money.
No. I do not learn from past mistakes.
What? What is this word budget?
Thanks for keeping this thread with the link up - made it super easy.
Was on the fence last weekend, but after seeing a little more of the design direction/decisions and the ‘game as a service’ it’s no longer the type of Diablo game I wish to consume.
I should have known this based on the past decade or so, but held out hope.
Not thrilled with the game, but still gonna ride it out into launch and get at least get one play through for story.
That said my original plan was no life-ing this game, where now I think ima have to pick up counterstrike 2 to fill my gaming hours. This one won’t have the longevity to it for more than a few days each season, if that.
I refunded the ultimate edition and uninstalled everything blizzard, the games and app.
Took about 5 minutes maybe?
I am not going to get into the specifics of why. The short end of it is that I am just done with Blizzard constantly dropping the ball on their releases, betas, content updates, etc.
D4: after careful examination, the game may be decent, but everything else about the company is terrible. Tbh, I expected more (I still think that D4 was never intended to happen and Diablo Immoral was supposed to be their idea of the continuation of the chain. I think they threw all this together at the last moment and have been scrambling ever since that BS reveal of Diablo Immoral at Blizzcon). Their priorities are in the wrong place (shareholders vs stakeholders) and I am finally tired of it. After 20 plus years experience in mmos and arpgs, this same issues happen time and again. It’s clear that this is no longer a company I can support. GLTA.
The issue is when it doesn’t even work 1% because you can’t get into the game. This whole idea of “it’s not perfect, it’s not 100% blah blah” is silly. If you can’t even get into the game, then it’s not working at all. The login screen doesn’t count."
This is a personal issue; a faulty PC or some such hardware … 100% very easily got into all games …
