Harlequin Crest - not applying +4 to Ranks to all skills

I was very excited to get a Harlequin Crest, and then immediately extremely disappointed to notice that it seems to only selectively apply its +4 to ranks of all skills. A couple of its other attributes also seem to be operating at reduced effect, however this may be attributable to diminishing returns.
Please fix this.

Mine works fine. Which skills are not getting +4?

It gives +4 to all Skills , not passive which i assume you are refering to.

Its working as intended so no bug or no need to fix anything.

On my necro, almost all of them. The only one that is being upgraded is decrepify. None of my skeletons, skeleton mages, or golems are being upgraded - what is a real pity is that I have gear that improves them more than the Harlequin Crest.

{edit} Although both Golem and Raise Skeleton are on my skill bar, and can be cast as skills for their special effects, I suspect Wintality is correct.

Thats why Shako is not very good for Minion Necro, those you are mentioning are passives not skills.

Yes, also things that increase Skill damage often do not work on Minions. For example, the Aspect “Skills deal more damage when cast at full resource” does not help Minions. Intelligence does, however, even though it says it increases your Skill damage.

Blizzard is terribly inconsistent about Minions even in S4.

They are passive skills, it should absolutely apply to anything and everything on the tree. It is a skill tree, not a passives and skills tree. Everything on that tree is a skill and should apply, or they need to update the tooltip of Harlequin Crest.

i use shako on my minion build basically for the extra DR. It does buff decrepify, and tendrils, and mist too. But yeah, the extra life (which is MW’d) and the DR is good stuff.

If you knew anything about the game you would know that tooltips are not to be trusted, skills in this game are things that you can put on your skillbar and put more than one skill point in to, doesnt matter if you think they are passive “skills”, they are not. They are simply just passives.

The thing that irritates me about this whole thing is that the buttons appear on my skill bar and I cast them. They don’t appear on my passive bar because, at least this season, necro is not a wannabe sorcerer and doesn’t even have a passive bar. (Yes, I know it’s called an enchantment bar so no need to point that out.)

You can still dont put points into them from the skill tree, even if they appear on your bar.

Passives and enchantment have nothing to do with eachother, they are completely different things even though they do somewhat similar things.

They appear in your Book of the Dead, which is the same as Enchantments for Sorcs, its the class specific gimmick, all classes have them but in different versions.

This comment doesnt make any sense whatsoever lol
