I was enjoying undercity in hardcore…
Due to a glitch in the game I lost a hardcore character and I need it restored I need to open a ticket with a gm I’ve looked for every possible avenue and this is the only one I’ve found. This happened in multi-player couch co-op at around 2:40 Pm EST whereas we both got seemingly stuck in the floor and couldn’t move. One of us had to die for the other to become free, I lost my spirit born. Couldn’t even use scroll of escape or TP nothing. Her name is Niya.
I would never open a ticket if this was my fault. I’ve invested so much time and energy into this character that I’m very much going to need a break if she’s into oblivion, I had near perfect rolls on all my gear and was on the point of maximizing my build, please assist.
