Given we don’t have any patch notes yet.
I don’t know any HC players as I don’t pay attention to content creators too much or the leaderboards at all. That being said if you give me a list of names I’ll gladly pick out one at random.

well, for it to be any kind of actual achievement lets just hope that the unkillable/immortal build like the sorc fire passive / mist necro etc…get fixed.
otherwise it wouldn’t have any worth.

Wish it wasn’t a thing. I mean maybe eventually becomes a thing ?, but, the game should revolve around distance (who gets highest pit level for ex.), as opposed to who “first” gets to 200
As far as I’m concerned, that’s just bad design
As for - who kills a lvl200 Tormented boss ? - that might be an interesting one… 
My guess will be whatever build “One Shots” will be the one to complete a HC 200 pit.
Whichever HC player that runs a rule-game-breaking-meta-build. It’s usually the case for such things.

The Pit does not require a one-shot mechanic.
