Hammstring change

Firstly, they didn’t touch the frenzy but nerfed the hammstring that is the foundation of one handed sword expertise and no mercy.

I’ve known blizzard for two decades, I know that pride won’t allow this change to be made again.

If the intention is that barbarian has no crowd control, redesign one handed sword expertise and no mercy, because they are based on crowd control and you removed that from barbarian.

Druids literally work the same with [Neurotoxin], they have a permanent crit chance based on close distance and that hasn’t been touched.

Other classes have permanent crowd control and have not been touched.

If the argument is “but the talent becomes mandatory if it is strong” this is also a fallacy after all melee druids, mages, hybrids, any build uses [predatory instict] obligatorily.

Untouched rogues, on the contrary, buffed, I will not play rogue. I’ll probably go back to league of legends in the new 2v2v2 mode.

With the new hammstring change, if you kill 30 enemies, do you know how many times one handed expertise will proc? can you tell me? if you know you will be disgusted.

I agree. That Hamstring nerf is the most disgusted thing in this patch. Changing how a class works should not be taken lightly. I’m actually fine with other nerfs but this one truly show that the devs are…Idk, incompetence?

I tested it yesterday and literally the slow dissipates at 79% HP nullifying one handed sword expertise, no mercy and all cc related affixes

There’s workaround but its disgusting. Use butcher cleaver or Ancient oath/steel grasp or Ground Stomp. Well…
