So I have the Digital Deluxe version but how do I link it to my account ??

Do you have the PC version of Diablo 4? If so you should be able to post without issues. It is automatically attached to your Battlenet account.
If you recently bought the game, it may take some time for the forums to update to the current account flagging. You can try to force it by logging out of the forums totally, and logging back in.
If you mean console, you can link your console account to your Bnet account so that you have shared progress between the two (if you bought it on both platforms). That may not impact forums though.
Note: last I looked the forums did not require a license to post, unless they just turned that back on again like they were planning to do.
EDIT - forums have been locked again to require a game license. Tech Support is an exception to that.
Yes I have the PC version - I was trying to post in the forums and it will not let me…
I have the Digital Deluxe Version on my Xbox, why doesn’t that work for the whole forums. Most of the discussion is on the PC-forum, so console players are basically locked out from most of the discussions.
I just discovered, that I also cannot post anymore on the console-forums either.
Under further inspection. I can’t post anywhere anymore, but the technical support part of the forums.

Around 6pm last evening (EST) I was going through the same thing.
It lasted about 30 minutes.
I searched around for solutions, no avail.
I tried logging/relogging - nothing.
Turned CPU off & on, cleared history etc - nothing.
Then, it just recognized me again. Everything was sorted out.
Idk if this is the case but it seems the process may have been done in batches.
Or maybe people just noticed it at different times and their comments were staggered.
It should sort out.

I ended up logging out and back in and its working fine now…

Same problem with PC
Purchased the game over 2 days ago, logged out and logged back in… checked my account and D4 is there, I also went to re-purchased D4 and it says I already purchased it.
BRUH
EDIT: Fixed it, cleared my cookies and data from my browser, logged back in and its working.
I had the same issue. Logging out then back in seems to have worked.

Make sure your Account Privacy Settings are set correctly to post.
Main Blizzard Site:
Account Settings > Parental Controls > Update > Profile Settings > Forum Posting

This was actually helping me! Somehow it was set to “off”…
I have just come to this thread, on a diff tab, and I can reply here… But on the other tab I can’t reply or make any posts at all, same thing, invalid key - been playing since day 1 so not sure what the discrepancy is
