Honestly, why the games does not have listed requirements to access the hall of penitent, in game?
- I finished campaign, i can create new character and choose to skip it.
- I can do the tree of whispers been running apparitions and tree of whispers since lv1
- I can choose penitent difficulty either on main menu, or in game.
- I am now lv60
- Cannot access dungeon, does not show up on map, and even if i ride to the location on map there is nothing there. Did i miss something?
